Meet Captain Don Davis and Lieutenant Daniel Monk

Captain Don Davis grew up in Sacramento, not far from the Power Inn Alliance boundary, and graduated from Sacramento State with a degree in Criminal Justice. Lieutenant Daniel Monk is also a Sacramento native and graduate of Sac State.
